Pet Bottles in gardening.

Not sure where to put this but it seems there are so many different uses for these plastic bottles. They are being used in hydroponics and all sorts of different ideas. Seems in India and poorer countries they are making huge tower walls of these bottles just using simple methods. Growing hundreds of plants at a time. There a lots of videos showing how they build them just using hot metal rods to poke holes and box cutter knives. With thin rope to support them.
It would be good if other members show their ideas on using these.
