Do you move your outdoor container plants when it rains?

I have tomatos, peppers, citrus, and a few others.

Do I need to move them inside if it rains?

It has rained a lot here lately and don'ty want to "over water them"

Nope, just leave them be, Mother Nature will take care of that for you.
