what is wrong with my plants

I've recently bought Cestrum nocturnum from local nursery and transplant it in pot with 40% sand soil, 40% organic compost and 20% coco peat. But I don't know why its leafs are falling continuously.

Same with rose,

Pumpkin was growing fine in compost and coco-peat but when I transplanted in soil, compost and coco-peat mix its growth slows down and leafs keep dying

Falsa died completely after transplant but now new leafs are growing but still dying after some time

I don't have the error message, but I can't see any of the images, just

At this point it is probably easiest just to upload pictures from your computer (if you are using a computer, not a phone) using the Upload Attachment button below the typing box

A couple of things.
I think your soil formula may not be working that well for you. I would either use a commercial potting soil (make sure it is potting soil) or a mixture that has been tried and true. I have problems with compost in pots holding too much water, and if I do add compost it is only a handful or two of vermicompost to a 5 gallon bucket of soil mix (I use equal parts peat moss and perlite plus 1/4 cup osmocote per 5 gallon bucket)

The second thing you need to be careful with in transplanting to to make sure you plant at the same depth and don't bury the stems unless it is a tomato. I don't see the original soil level on any of the plants.
