Lipstick Plant rooted... now what?

I recently obtained some clippings of a Lipstick Plant.
I freshened the cutting, took off the bottom set of leaves, immersed the cut part in some rooting solution and planted it in a growing medium.
I now notice some "roots" at the next leave junction, as noted with the red outlines.
Are these "air roots"? Or, am I supposed to now transplant the plant to a bigger pot and plant these visual "roots" below the soil line?
Any insight would be appreciated.

Pretty plant.

Hopefully by now the roots have outgrown your little containers. Yes, pot them up into larger containers. Plant them deep enough to cover the roots growing at the leaf nodes.
