Yesterday, Today and tomorrow aka Brunfelsia

I have a brunfelsia plant and it hasnt flowered as yet? does anyone know if this plant flowers in spring or when?

I'm not sure what zone you're in, but down here in Southern California, they bloom pretty much from spring to fall.

Are you fertilzing the plant? Plants tend to flower when they are stressed a bit so, if you are feeding your plant with a fertilzer that is high in N, try leaving that for a while.

Really? Wow, I didn't know this - I would expect the opposite - to flower when not stressed -

Well the skinny behind it is that plants flower to spread seed and if the plant is stressed a little and the conditions are right it will produce seed (or at least try to) to carry on it's genetic line. I mean plants don't actually think but, the mechanisms can be described with that take.
