Please help. My cockscomb celosia is dying.

Hi. I am new here. I posted because I don't know what to do. I deadhead my celosia and then the next day the leaves begin to wilt and now begin to die. It also happened to my cosmos and zinnia seven months ago. Please help. :(

I never deadhead cosmos or zinnia. The local birds are more than happy to perform that chore for me.

But in order to help you we'll need more information. A general location helps. And your recent weather is important. Are the plants in pots or in the ground? Did you fertilize or water the plants? Did the plants turn brown and crispy or simply wilt and die?

Usually celosia is a bloom, seed, die plant. Deadheading won't revive it. The only thing you can do is let it set seeds and replant.
