Cissus rhombifolia - spindly growth or normal? (pic)

Pretty much what the title says - I'm wondering if the growth here looks normal or too spindly due to low light? Also, when will this turn into a hanging plant as suggested by the info card in the third picture? So far it's just been growing on a vertical angle.
