What's happening with my plants?

I bought these plants about a month ago, they were lush and green. Now I don't know what's happening to them, I'm posting a couple of photos for you guys to understand what I'm talking about.

Are there tiny white pin-dots on the top surface if the leaves? ...especially along the center leaf vein and radiating outward?

If so I suspect sucking insects on the underside of the leaves. If you can't actually see any, try putting a white paper underneath and flicking/tapping the leaves from above, then placing the paper on a solid flat surface and strongly rubbing a finger across the paper if you see fine particles on it.

Another way to check is to make a glass or clear plastic cup of sudsy warm water, then vigorously swishing some of the leaves in it -- on or clipped off the plants. Then remove the leaves from the water. (IF YOU LEAVE THE LEAVES ON THE PLANTS, BE SURE TO IMMEDIATELY RINSE OFF -- within 5 minutes) Look at the water in the glass from the side with bright light behind it and see if you see anything floating in it.

Ummm .... they still look pretty lush and green to me. Are you referring to the little brown pieces in there? Did it have little flowers before? It looks like spent flowers. If that is right, you can just clip those out.

@applestar the leaves doesn't show any white pin dots or any markings left by an insect.

@rainbowgardener it was twice or thrice as lush and green when I bought them, now the leaves are falling and the flowers/buds have turned brown.

Do you know what the plant is? I don't recognize it. Every plant has its own set of requirements for sun, soil, water, etc so hard to know how to take care of it/ what might be wrong, without knowing what it is.
