Plant ID!?

It looks like it grows like an aloe, and has offshoots like one..
What is this plant?? And should these offshoots be separated? ?

It looks like "Moses in a Cradle" except variegated .... Maybe they exist?

It has a few names. rhoeo , moses in a boat, moses in a cradle and oyster plant. There are variegated forms and a non variegated form. If is often used as a ground cover, but is a houseplant elsewhere.

.Selected cultivars

'Variegata'. White-striped green leaves often blushed with pink; also sold as 'Tricolor'.
'Vittata'. Yellow-striped green leaves, sometimes with a reddish tinge.
