I had a Dracaena like this one before, it lasted for about 1 and a half yrs. I never changed its soil or pot, it was supermarket bought. But it grew a bit and I didn't notice (I only noticed after I compared some pictures) so I think it dies because I needed to change the soil and pot.
Anyway, I got another cos I love the look of it, but I want to really care for this one! I changed its soil last week (at about 3, 4 weeks after I bought it) with universal one. I keep it in a semi light/semi shade place (just like the other one) and it seems ok for now, but do you have any tips for caring for it? Light, water, soil, how big of a pot and everything?!

The second is a mini tree from the supermarket, I love trees and I thought it doesn't get better than having a tree inside. Though I read after that they don't really last inside Can I do anything for it? Should I change the soil? what type of soil? how much light does it need? how big of a pot? how ofter to water?

I'm new to plants. Until now I would just buy another one if the store bought one dies, but I really want to learn how to take care of them! Any help would be great!

Your corn plant (dracaena) is looking fine. I had one for many years. I basically stuck it in a corner and watered it once in awhile. (But note it was a very bright corner with windows on two sides.) I really didn't even fertilize it, just repotted it in fresh Miracle-Gro once a year. It just kept growing and growing. I had to cut it back a couple times after it hit the ceiling. Don't over water it, let it dry out some between waterings. Especially in winter when the house is dry, it benefits from having the leaves misted every day or so and wiped off with a damp cloth occasionally to get the dust off the leaves.

Your little cedar is not a house plant. It needs to be outside, year around.

I don't know that the tree is a type of cedar. Rosemary, maybe? Rub the leaves-do they smell like "Christmas"-then it's a rosemary. Needs lots of sun-not much water.

Well, ok. I hadn't looked at in close up. Not cedar. But I'm not sure about rosemary either. Perhaps some other conifer?

Not rosemary. Possibly a type of juniper? It still would be better off outside

I think Rosemary smells like Christmas Trees. I had some little neighbors who loved to rub my rosemary 'cause "it smells like Christmas!"
