How can I save my fiddle-leaf fig (fictus lyrata)?

Hello. I purchased a beautiful fiddle leaf fig from Home Depot. When I got it, it looked amazing. Since then it has gotten worse and worse. I repotted it, moved it outside, tried watering it differently, and when I look at it now it is nearly dead. I'm going to upload a picture. Is there anyway to save this beautiful plant?
