Spathiphyllum dark flower

Anyone know why this happened? It didnt even bloom :3 only thing I did yesterday was cutting a flower that bloomed and died...was it my fault?
Do the leaves show any signs of black spots or rot?
It looks like phythoptora but it usually shows up on the leaves and roots too.
