Fungus in my potted plant

Hi everyone!
I recently repotted some young natal mahogany trees (I stupidly planted all my seeds in one pot and then had to repot them). Their growth seems to have slowed down to a standstill since the repotting although they show no signs of dying. Can I expect to see growth after a while and is there anything I can do to help them along?
I have a more immediate concern however. There seems to be some fungal growth in two of the pots. (which I'll attach a photo of). Could anyone help me identify the fungi and whether or not it would be harmful, helpful or neutral to my plants. Thank you!
