IXIA plant

I just planted the bulbs from Ixia / Ixien and I need beginner advice. I read on the internet they should be placed on full sun.
How long do they take to grow? Any other tips?

They are beautiful! I think in Spain, you are in a good place to grow them. They don't survive my winters. Planted now, they will root themselves in, but you won't see activity on the surface. Then in the spring they will sprout and bloom. Be sure you water them well when you plant and occasionally afterwards, if you are not getting rain. You are right about the full sun.
