How to Care for a String of Pearls Plant

I just bought a String of Pearls plant, which is probably my fourth plant of this kind every other one I bought died fairly quickly. I have tried watering less, watering more, more sunlight, less sunlight--nothing seems to affect it positively. They all just died. So I promised myself I would justify buying another one if I asked how in the works to keep it alive. Does anyone know???? What are they picky about? Please give me tips!!! Thank you!!!!!

Hi Plantlover, No picture, no discription of conditions your plant tried to live in. Soooooooooooooooo, Here are a couple things I know about this type of plant:

They do like a lot of light, a sunny window, 10 or 12 hours a day.
They don't like the cold.
Once a month fertilizer will make them happy.
They don't like a cold, drafty room.
Water them good, dampen the soil, that's enough, not so their feet are in standing water, let the soil dry before watering again. In winter, water very seldom.

If you do this your plant will know you care for it and will want to look good for you. Have a good one.
