Hello, I am new to the site but need some help. I do not have a green thumb.
I have left out two containers of Elephant Ears and a hibscus over the winter. Can they be saved?
Any help would be appreciated!

No, very unlikely. They are tropicals and do not survive freezing.
And here it is spring, too late to do anything now. If you wanted to try the experiment in fall, you could have tried putting the pots in the middle of a straw bale to insulate them (or of course you could have dug your elephant ear and brought it in). Now all you can do is wait and see what happens, but I would be very surprised if any of it comes back.
