That little stem is very stiff, right?

I'm thinking it is a tree seedling. And those heavy waxy leaves make me think about something citrus, orange or lemon tree...

That's somewhat of a guess, just what it reminds me of.

It looks more like a Hoya to me.... Citrus as seedlings don't normally have such fleshy leaves.

Could also be Croton (Codiaeum) or possibly (and I'm really stretching here) a very young fig, but the growth pattern isn't quite right for either of them.

Maybe if you told us what you think you planted? And where in the world you are? Both, but particularly a location, will help us greatly in pinning the plant down. (For example, if you were in tropical Latin America or Asia, I'd say you were looking at a true Croton, but if you're in Pennsylvania, it's more likely to be something else entirely.)

I'm very sorry I can't say what I planted because there are many things I planted and I don't remember them all, when nothing grows I just plant the next thing. the plant actually grew inside a grown tomato pot.
so unfortunately it's easier to say what I haven't planted then what I am.
I live in Israel if it helps ( I order seeds from ebay so it's not necessarily something that usually grows here )
and unfortunately again I didn't order Croton or fig too :(

thank you very much for the help
