Edges turning brown on cucumber leaves

I have a cucumber plant that is growing pretty well in an 18 gallon container, but the leaves have turned brown at the edges. We have been getting a lot of rain here in Miami and intense sun during the day.

Try adding compost to the soil and improving the container drainage during the times of heavy rain. You may also want to consider growing them vertically if they are too close to other plants/damp ground
