Summer starting...

Hello! As you might know already I live in the UAE where its (very) hot and humid most of the year, summer is starting soon and on the first weeks of summer, the sun is wretchedly hot, then for the rest of the summer humidity kind of weakens sun's rays but heat outside remains around 35 celesius even during night.
So the problem I'm facing currently is my plants, I planted the radish late and now it has to be watered nearly daily with cold water, also most of my plants are still small eventhough I planted them when the winter started because my balcony gets no direct sunlight at all during winter, I'm spraying them with cold water using a hair dresser's sprayer (not sure if its a good idea but it does seem to help) to save them from wilting.
Surprisingly the strawberry seedlings I have arent bothered by the scorching sun, they seem to be enjoying it infact, I thought they'd be the first to wilt (I got my strawberry plants from a store-bought strawberry fruit that I plucked the seeds off)

So how do I reduce water loss and cool my plants without bothering their sunlight needs? is spraying them with cold water enough?

These are my radishes (and sweet potatoes) after being watered

And these are my strawberries

Everything is looking really good! You are doing great. The misting is a good idea. Other things that would help include mulching the soil surface to prevent moisture loss. If it is really hot and sunny with a lot of direct afternoon sun on the plants, shade cloth helps... its just a very light, loosely woven cloth that filters the sun, letting some through but moderating it.

The top picture is a whole bunch of stuff in a very small pot. All those plants, if they do well will get a LOT bigger. You are going to need to get some bigger pots and spread things out.
