I love Nasturtiums! They are really easy to grow...and grow they do. Keep us updated on their progress.

I have heard that you can eat the leaves too. I knew the flowers were edible but I'm not sure about the leaves. Does anyone know?

I tried to juice a bunch of it and couldn't get it down. It is strong stuff. It is good on salads though like you say. :)

In the summertime when I no longer have lettuce, I put a nice big round nasturtium leaf in my hamburger sandwich along with a slice of fresh tomato. yumm!

My favorite plant and I still have some from last year in my greenhouse blooming all winter! Rabits also love the flowers and leaves!
