Help with identification of my new plant please

Hello, I received this plant as a house-warming gift. However I never had a chance to find out what type of plant it is, and I am hoping someone would be kind enough to give me a hand. I want to be able to look it up and find care instructions for it. I searched around the web forever and couldn't come up with any names :( Any help would be greatly appreciated

It looks like some type of exotic houseplant. Not sure what. I do know that many garden centers around me have a lot of those in stock right now. Maybe you could wander around the ones near you, and get lucky. That's what I did, and just happened javascript:emoticon(':o') to find the name of a plant my friend had 4yrs, and couldn't. It couldn't hurt anything Right javascript:emoticon(':)'). Good luck to you

I'm no expert, but it looks like an echeveria to me. https://www.thesucculentgarden.com.au/echev.html
