Did you grow it on purpose, or did it just come up?

If it just came up, check out Bitter Nightshade and Datura stramontium. If you planted it on purpose, I'd look more at Brugmansia and Physalis.

thank's a lot for the help, I'm not sure yet but I'm closer now to finding out what it is,

I'm not sure if I planted it actually, it started growing in more than one pot but I can't recall if I planted it or not.

from the pictures it looks very much like Bitter Nightshade, but if it's something I actually planted it is probably Physalis . I guess I will move it to the garden and will see what will come out from it.

thank you very much, I appreciate your help

When it blooms, you'll be able to tell immediately. Bitter Nightshades have purple flowers, and Physalis (which include ground cherry and tomatillo) have golden-yellow ones with brown-black markings.

the flowers already came out, they have like yellow thing coming out in the middle and white around it, and the flowers are very small, if it helps I can take a picture of it

Yes please - the flowers are the key to nighshade family plants.

here are the pictures of the flowers:

I hope they're in good enough quality, I think clicking will enlarge the picture.

so if it's a nighshade it should turn purple?

Might be Hoe nightshade (Solanum physalifolium 'Rusby'). It has white flowers like your plant. :)

I'd say S. physalifolium as well, now that I see the flowers.

Too bad; it's a pretty plant but it's also a weed.

It's in a container, though, so less likely to spread much. If it were mine, I would deadhead the flowers, so that berries didn't have a chance to form. :)

thank you very much for the help, now I'll have to think what to do with it.

will it attract birds if I plant it some where near the garden?

Only if you leave the berries, and then you'll get to see how invasive it really is....
