Plumaria Question

I'm not sure if this is the best forum to post my question, but here goes it. I planted a Plumeria tree (looked like a stick) and now I have some leafs coming in but one of them look like it's been eaten.. They are inside so I'm not sure what it could be.

I've seen that happen with Plumies, and it's totally normal for some cultivars when they break dormancy. The next leaves out will be entire and regular.
