Plumaria Question

I'm not sure if this is the best forum to post my question, but here goes it. I planted a Plumeria tree (looked like a stick) and now I have some leafs coming in but one of them look like it's been eaten.. They are inside so I'm not sure what it could be. :?:

I've seen that happen with Plumies, and it's totally normal for some cultivars when they break dormancy. The next leaves out will be entire and regular.
