Need Help, my brugmansia is sick

Hello everyone,
my baby brugmansia has been through alot. First spider mites but I was successful getting rid of all those nasty spiders..it wasnt easy at all!! she recovered and new leaves grew and she was doing well, I fertilize every one to two weeks with NPK including all the trace elements and micro nutrients as well..I made that fertilizer myself and it never exceeds 500 ppm.

Now my brugmansia is really sick it starts by losing color on the lower leaves, few yellow dots then these symptoms it started crawling upwards while the lower leaves is getting yellower.. is that nitrogen difficency? or maybe nutrients lock? I really dunno.
and everytime I fertilize it, first I flush the container with plain water until the water runs through the bottom holes then I water it with fertilized water and I add to that around 2.5 mm or less humic and folvic acid to every 7 litres of water.

Here are some pictures, the first is how it looked like at first and the last picture is of new growth, new shoot showing up from the ground.

I figured out the problem...It is spider mites again...I follow this routine to keep them away and slow them down as much as possible coz it seems like I can not get rid of them. I wash the entire plant specially underside the leaves and I spray non toxic insecticide containing garlic all over the plant and underside the leaves. I am planning also to spray the whole plant with water once - twice/ day as I heard that spider mites hate humidity.

wish me luck and please share if u have any ideas to save my plant.
