All of my oregano leaves have a consistent slightly dark spot in the center of the leaves. Is this normal? I have attached some pictures, however it is very difficult to see the actual spot.

You did a good job with your photos. Even my old eyes can see the darkened area in the center.
I couldn't find any leaf disease of oregano that would look like that, except perhaps, in the very early stages. The spots on your plant don't resemble any of the pictures I looked at.
To me, it looks almost like the leaves were somehow bruised. That part of the leaf would be the weakest and the place where the leaf would be likely to bend during periods of heavy wind, or if the plant were accidentally knocked over. Has it been stormy in your area? Could another person have bumped the container and knocked it over, then set it back upright and not mentioned it?
I would keep an eye on it and see if any changes occur. If the spots begin to look wet, or brownish and dried, post some more pictures.
Sorry I can't offer a definitive answer for you.

Thanks to all who have responded so far. I am starting to think that I did not get Greek oregano inside my Greek oregano seed packet. When I crush it, it smells to me like fresh spinach, or grass I guess. It doesn't really smell like oregano, or anything familiar. Here is a picture of the plant.

Definitely not oregano then, if no oregano smell.
Seed companies seem to have done worse than usual this year re keeping seeds labelled correctly. We had several people write in here about that. I personally planted seeds from a packet that was supposed to be thyme and they all turned out to be some kind of mint. I've never had that experience before (mislabelled seeds).
