me and my mother bought a topsy turvy tomato planter like on tv hoping to grow tomatoes... but instead I decided to try a cheyenne pepper plant...
let me just say what a PAIN IN THE BUTT it is to get the plant through the hole.. I stuck it in dirt first through the top of the hole...
I wasnt abotu to try to stick a foot or so of plant through a weird star shaped hole..
any suggestion..
I hope it does ok.. I'll post pix tomorrow

Buy a younger plant?
J/k I know its a pain, with a tomato I think its even harder than with most peppers just cause the stem of the tomato is more brittle and you have to be more cautious, not that you didnt have a hard time. Plants are tough, unless its broke in half it'll pull threw just fine, watch how fast it turns around and grows up again.
