NEW PLANT NO IDEA WHAT IT IS HELP!!!

my aunt gave it to me... I replanted it with more dirt n centered it back in the pot she gave me... watered it....


WHAT IS IT?? its in a window tat gets decent afternoon sunlight when its sunny..

Sorry, the picture is much too dark for me to ID the plant. Can you post good clear close-ups of the leaves and stems, and maybe a brighter picture of the entire plant?

It might be Pothos, also called Devil's Ivy, but that's absolutely just a wild guess. I really can't see the detail of the plant.

It looks like a lipstick plant to me, but I'm not entirely sure.

If it is, keep it in the sun. And water it lots. It should be happy.

could it maybe be a hoya plant/hindu rope plant??

I found a site where someone else wasnt sure which one they had a lipstick or hoya.. my plant has never flowered that I know if so I think its a hoya...

My first inclination with the very dark picture at the top was that it was a hoya of some sort. There are lots of different ones, with leaves that look like yours rather than the curly leaved one you just posted.

Hoyas do better when not pruned, and yours looks like it was recent cuttings. You won't see flowers for a couple of years, I'd expect, but I'm no expert on hoyas. Only had one many years ago and it's long dead.

Are all these photographs of the same specimen? I'm really having a hard time reconciling the fourth photo with the first three.

No, the first three are of the same plant. The last one was an example.

fyres right. the 4th is an example. I'm just trying to figure out what kind of hoya it is as my aunt has had it awhile and its never flowered for her. she didnt care for it so she gave it to me
