Do my freesias have a chance to bloom this season?

Hi,
planted freesias bulbs in January this year..... they took nearly a month to germinate. I had read somewhere that they bloom in early spring as Sacramento CA summer is too hot for them. Below are the pictures of their present...do you think they might make me lucky?
