Help with Hoya plant

I have a Hoya plant sitting in my dining room, the leaves are fine they are a nice green and it's fully living but it hasn't produced flowers since... I can't even remember. What could be causing this? Please help.

Well, I'm not sure - but in looking, one site says "once hoyas become root bound they grow and bloom constantly."

I've not known a plant that liked to be root bound before!

I found something else though that may help you out: an east and west window is ideal for the hoya. Direct southern exposure may produce a greater quantity of flowers, but may also result in rigid, yellow leaves. Insufficient light causes dark green leaves to be produced, but will prevent any flowering.

Hope that helps!
