I thought I over watered it a month ago so I let it dry out but the trunks wilted and alot of the leaves fell off... it went downhill after I transplanted...
transplant shock??? under water? over watered? I've misted and barely water for over a month..

From the looks of it, you let the soil dry out completely. It's only the top 1/2 inch of the soil that should be allowed to become dry, and then the plant should be thoroughly watered again. The plant is native to tropical forests, and along with high humidity, the soil should be kept moist, but not soggy wet.
I'm sorry, but I don't think your Dracaena can be revived at this point. If the canes are still alive, you might be able to restart it from cuttings, but I'm not sure.
