Strawberries

I finally decided what to put in the spare hanging basket! :D Strawberries!

I am just wondering how many plants can fit in the average sized hanging basket. The pot I bought came with 2 plants... do they need their own pot or can they stay together?
&
How long should it take for them to produce?

Any advice on doing strawberries this way??? TIA

I don't know how large average sized hanging baskets are but, generally, I put one plant per basket. This way they don't overcrowd eachother.

To bad. You know strawberries are susceptible to a variety of pests. My landlords had to move their strawberries up into the air, maybe they were infected with beetles or some other insect.
