Mushrooms in new containers?

About 2 weeks ago I planted two spider plant clones. I have just noticed 3 small moist mushrooms growing in the same container. In a thread from earlier this month someone said cinnamon can work on fungus. Can this help me keep them out of pots?

I've had mushrooms grow in containers. I just pull them out. I don't recall that they came back, and if they did, it certainly wasn't in any great numbers. They don't do any harm, that I know of.

Kisal is right; just munching the wood and detritus left in the pot I'm sure and not plant pathogenic...
