Hi,
I have an indoor Peace Lily, and I would like some help with it:
1. Should I cut off the dead flowers? If yes, should I cut the entire stalk as well, or just the top part?
2. The leaves have brown tips (had them when I got the plant). I think it may be because it got too much sun and/or water from the person who grew it, but I am not sure, so I am now keeping it indoors and watering it only once in 5 days or so. Should I cut off the brown tips in the leaves? A couple leaves are badly affected, should I cut them off entirely?
Many thanks for your help.
Kitty.

1)Whole flower stalks...
2) This is a swamp plant in the wild; too much water just aint gonna happen, and browning from the tips is almost always dryness in this plant. Moist soil, nearly wet... bad leaves can go, prune brown tips to a pleasing shape... it is also a shade plant so could be sunscald, but hop back onto the watering train...
