Need Help with dying plant, identify 3 other ones as well..

I have four plants that I acquired throughout the years, but I do not know what they are. I purchased the one that is dying from Home Depot a few months back, but the cleaning lady OVER-watered all my plants, and they started looking funny.
The other three are alright , but the one I loved had all the leaves turn blackish-brown and slowly the crumbled off. I don't Know What To Do Do..........It still has some green to it, so I think its repairable, but I need help..... please, any advice is greatly appreciated, I just want my plant to live.... and if you can help me identify all four of my plants, then thats a dded bonus ,, toodles , thank you again

The first one is called a "corn plant" or more specifically, Dracaena Massangeana. I actually can't ID the other plants, but as to the over-watering all you can do is let them dry out. If there are no holes in the bottom of the pots, drill them and set the pot over a saucer or in a sink until they stop dripping, and from there set them on a rack to let airflow help you dry them out.

I'm not sure how long they've been overly damp, but the shorter the amount of time the better to prevent root rot, signs of which I believe you are already seeing. Dry them out, hopefully they'll survive the ordeal.

Also- the drachena's pot looks to be a little small, might be time to up-pot that one. Would help with the water issue as well.
