I love my planters, mostly from Vietnam.

They are kind of expensive, so we just buy a few new ones each year, usually during off season at a nice discount. My wife did a surface treatment on the couple of concrete planters. Many planters are waiting for spring, some to be planted with annuals, others to have blooming plants in nursery pots rotated into the decorative pots while the plant blooms last. It is so nice to have container plants in clusters on the deck and placed in groups at strategic locations around the porch and yard.

Here is most of our collection, which shows some of the variety that is available.

A fine collection of planters you have there. I particularly like the moss or moss covered stones in the Acer one; very effective.

Yes, this gives a before and after photo from the re-potting yesterday. The before is 13th down from the top in the previous post above. Turned out better than I had hoped.

The palm and contortia tree in the previous post were repotted last season.

Lovely, as always, Alex! My DH bought me three containers on clearance last year, so will use them this year for the first time. They are the resin kind. Well, actually the hostas are overwintering in them--I kinda forgot!

Cool stuff. It's easy to forget how nice good pottery can be. I love the glazed ones.
