Peace Lily

I own a Peace Lily and everything was going fine. I put it in a bright area in the house then the leaves sagged and as soon as I put it in a dull lighted area, they revived over night.
Now the Lily flowers have what looks like a fungus seeping through the beautiful white flowers and turning them brown and killing them off, all the while the Leaves look fine. I am not sure how best to handle this one?
Any ideas?

you should cut out all infected parts and let them grow again.
