Hoya Publicalyx and a Hoya Polyneura

I have a Hoya Publicalyx and a Hoya Polyneura plant hanging in my great room. They are both hung from the ceiling in right next west facing windows. I did this because I know they need a lot of light. However, the only time there is BRIGHT direct and or indirect sunlight is in the late afternoon. So they are in some light during the day, but not any major light until afternoon. My question is, Is this location adequit for their needs? I would really like them to flower, though the vines are only about a foot long right now with only a couple vines on each. Will they bloom and thrive in a west facing window? Please help I really want to insure the survival and bloomage of these plants. Thanks :D
