pandora and bougainvillea plants

I need information for growing the pandor and bougainvilla plants, are they are indoor plants or outdoor plants?

Indoor here in most of the UK
Depends upon your location/climate.
Pandorea April to October 55-65F October to April 40-50F
Bougainvillea Feb-May 55-60F May-Sept 65-75F Sept-February 50-55F
Those are the temperatures ranges I would be looking for.
