Can you name this plant?

A friend of mine gave this to me, told me to fix it, then give it back. :lol:
Problem is.. I'm not sure what it is.... I just trimmed off all of the dead leaves and such, then snapped a couple photos of it.

What do you think it is?

I believe it's an Aglaonema, commonly called Chinese evergreen. Here is a picture of one, but there are many varieties:

Not 100% sure, but it looks like an Aglaonema - Chinese Evergreen to me :)
