Gooseberry bush - leaves going brown

I have a hinnonmaki gooseberry bush (red gooseberries), we planted it around 3 weeks ago - we bought it as a bush from a garden centre. However the leaves are all going brown now. I cant see any insects on the leaves, so I don't think its a pest - maybe a deficiency or disease though?

Can anyone help?
