Mustang Cherryplum Tree Problem.

I recently bought a property with a couple of Cherryplum Trees. 1 is a Mustang and the other is a Sepalta. The Mustangs leaves have a strange discoloration to them and I think it might be a disease but I am not sure. I have no idea what to do and was hoping someone could offer some advice. I attached a picture of the situation.

Where are you located? Do you know if the trees have been established for a long time or if they were planted earlier this year?

What has the weather been like?
