Can I prune my flat peach indoor tree?

Hi guys

I have a dwarf size flat peach tree , kept indoors in conservatory , it fruited this year with one peach!

I wanted some advice whether I can prune it as its growing pretty fast. Or when is it best to prune it.

Pic attached

Thanks

I wouldn’t touch it Husk until you are sure the tip buds have shut down for the year.
If you cut unwanted shoots back at the moment the next couple of buds will promptly break into growth giving you even more to contend with.
Once they’ve stopped you can cut unwanted shoots back to six inches or so to try to induce spur growth for next years crop.

You should be ok to trim back by mid August.
Only just keep the soil damp. Once every couple of weeks should be fine.
I take it you will be keeping it in a cool room.
