Hi guys

New fiesta tree arrived. It appears its been potted just for delivery. Where is the point where I can place it in ground/soil, is it where the knot is? Is that roots below?

No. Plant it at the same depth that it is in the pot.
Those protrudences are growths that would become roots if you planted it deeper. But....they would over produce roots that would then cancel out a lot of the dwarfing aspects of your 27 stock.
The knot is the point that the tree was grafted to the stock. It’s important that it’s kept well clear of the soil as it can be a point where several soil pathogens can get into the tree. Canker and Collar Rot for example.

I'm a little dissapointed receiving this as it was delivered, it appears it has been uprooted, plonked into this pot with soil on top, the tree appears loose and I'm concerned all will fall apart when I remove it from the pot.

I think if it was a bare root tree it would have a wider root span than the pot in your picture.
All I can suggest that you prepare the planting hole with some good soil ready to fill.Give the pot a good soak just before removal and stake firmly and water well straight away after planting.
Have the buds broken into leaf on it Husk?

Then it must be pot grown then. A bare root tree would not be lifted this late in the season.

Repotted and planted it outside. I know I have asked this question before and still ensure when I can and can not spray seaweed so to make it easier, here are the pixs of apple tree, plun tree/s and pear tree, can I spray seaweed? When should I stop doing it? sorry for asking again lol

Don’t spray anything on any of your fruit trees while they are in flower. Sprays can damage the viability of the pollen.
Once the petals have fallen you can apply seaweed,foliage feed or ordinary sprays.
Do not apply foliage feeds in the last two weeks or so of June unless you have a large crop that needs thinning.
This is because a nitrogen burst to the tree at that point can encourage a larger June drop than normal.
Once the June drop has ceased..... ( the name June drop can be a bit of a miss nameing as it often happens nowadays in early July)....you can apply these feeds as you want.
