Raspberry bugs

I was just recently eating my raspberries and a small bug - maybe a mm long fell out of it. Could you help me identify it? If you can could you let me know if it's harmful for the raspberries and for human consumption?
Here's a video of the bug. Its the darker colored one, not the green one in the end

Hi anikagabi,
They look like Thrips to me.
Not harmful to you...guess over the years anyone who eats fruit or veg will have eaten more than just a few.
On your raspberries they can become a nuisance if there are large numbers. They can carry a virus that causes distortions on fruit and vegetation on your plants.
If you don't want to use conventional chemicals then Organic control is by lace wings and ladybugs.
High pressure water will blast a lot off.
Sprays of Neem oil or soapy water can give good control.
Good luck.
