Growing strawberrys in container in greenhouse

Hi All

Its my first year growing strawberrys, I have planted my strawberrys in a large round self watering planter, it has a reservoir where I have the water and feed.
The strawberrys have started forming now and I was wondering is there anything I should be aware of in order to ensure I have a successful crop.

Should I mulch around the soil? I have lots of bark to do that, I'm sure I have read somewhere to keep the fruit away from wet soil etc.

Thanks

If you mulch with straw it helps keep the fruit off the ground. Other mulches could work. Watch out for slugs and snails and keep the birds out of the green house.
