Lemon tree

I have a young lemon tree which was grown from seed. It is almost 2yrs old.
I keep indoors. I have pot sitting on rocks covered with water for humidity. I have a grow light nearby as not too much daylight in winter months. Heat in house about 21C.

Recently it's leaves started curling up and eventually fall off.
Can anyone tell me what I may be doing wrong?

Citrus trees require lots of water. So water it at least every other day.
Also try using fertelizer.
