Best USA source for trees

Hi, all.

I am in zone 4 Wyoming, heavy clay soil--not ideal situation for fruit trees. I want to try a few Contender and Reliance peaces this spring. I don't know if they'll make it here, but it's worth a shot.

I am wondering which mail-order company sends out the best stock. I've tried a few that I wasn't terribly impressed with. Since the conditions here are difficult, I want to start out with really strong stock that will have the best chance of making it.

So...what mail/online sources do you recommend for good, strong baby trees?

Thanks--Tom

I've been impressed with the stock from one green world in oregon.

Do not be too surprized if you are at or beyond the frontier for peach. :(

I would look for a nursery that lists the caliper size, or call to see if that info is available. That way you can be sure you are getting a larger size w/hopefully well developed roots. I have purchased peach trees online, but it's been hit and miss.
