Does anyone know what kind of fruit trees are they?

Hi everybody, if you could help me with this curiosity of mine, I would be grateful.
There are two fruit trees at my grandma's backyard, she wants the tree cut down because she claims they are not a fruit bearing tree. Before I regret cutting them down for her, could you please help me identify what kind of tree are they?

I think that you have a variety of Cherry Plum there. They come in a variety of colours and types. Most are used for jam making although some are sweet enough to eat fresh.
