What does the rest of the plant look like? If the crown is healthy, I would not worry about the older leaves it may be from changing location or damage from the repotting. If your crown is a year old, it has another 6-9 months to go. It may not bloom till next year since pineapple peak bloom season is in summer.
Pineapple is a bromeliad so water and fertilize in the cups. They like a higher potassium.

enclosed are two more pictures of the crown. the new leaves tips are darkening. ive since brough the plant inside, where it has been for a year. (I only put it out side for about a week cos it was lovely weather)
I'm gonna leave it alone for a week and see what happens, unless anyone here has a better idea

The crown looks fine. If you had the plant outside it was probably not hardened off and that is why the leaves looked brown. The pineapple actually is not a low light plant. It likes to be out in the sun, but should be properly hardened off first. It will be harder to bloom indoors unless it gets a lot of light.
