Peaches - red spots

What type of disease is this? I'm also getting some spots on one of the peaches. I was putting a lyme power, but my neighbor is pregnant and I promised her I wouldn't use any chemicals. Also the Japanese beetles are eating all through the leaves. When will they stop?? Will they attack the fruit next?

There are many things that can cause red spots. Can you post a picture? Sorry I do not have Japanese beetles so I can not tell you what to do about those.

I finally took some pics of the red spots. The Japanese beetles are still eating the leaves though.
